I have AVG free on my machine and purchased full protection but cannot download the full protection. My VISA has been charged but I am at a standstill. How do I download the full protection?

Note : Please run the AVG Clear first and then the AVG Remover
Once uninstalled, please reinstall the AVG Internet Security Unlimited from http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Download-and-install-AVG-Protection
Please use your AVG My Account Credentials to Login and initiate the AVG Internet Security Unlimited installation.
