Hello James. I am sorry to hear that. Please check whether your firewall mode is set to automatic and please let us know whether you have received any blocking popup from the AVG program.
Had to turn off my firewall to get my computer to connect to the internet. Zen says that everything is ok. please advise on what to do to fix the problem
