Have tried several blog suggestions, no option to UNINSTAL seems to be available. To install the new full upgrade - message says UNINSTALL Existing AVG first and then install full version. No option available to me! Thanks for any guidance !
Dinesh - I am not sure what article you're refering to… As I have tried the various AVG guidance, the menus do not match my current FREE version… No Uninstall is available. Can not move to Trash… nothing happens. No unistall for FREE is available on your site… Any guidance suggested is appreciated. Thanks!
Dinesh… The Free version does not allow any of the options you sent, I had seen the guidance and found FREE doesn't perform the same. Apparently the deinstall for free (older version) was not accounted for… also tried dragging Icon to trash does not work either. A mystery… thanks!
