The email I recived with licence number   tells me to clink on link A   but there is no link on A  I am now at a loss of what to do to restore my avg

We have cancelled the auto renewal for your AVG Antivirus (1 Computer) license which is expiring on 1st July 2019.
Usually, you can cancel the subscription by logging into AVG MyAccount as mentioned in this https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Cancel-automatic-license-renewal article.
