Would you be so kind to clarify whether you have purchase the Total AV AntiVirus or the AVG AntiVirus?

Have just purchased Total AVG and downloaded to my Mac. It has asked me to run a system extension.
Cannot  seem to do this. Have tried a system restart and unlocking but to no avail.
Help/ideas would be appreciated.

I would like to inform that Total AV is not AVG and it is a different antivirus software.
We'd request you to contact their support for help.
