Have just tried to renew my AVG security package,have paid,but it won't download saying the new pack

Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
If you are getting this message "incompatible with the current version of AVG" then it means that you have already installed the Zen version program and trying to install another AVG program that needs license number for installation.
The Zen program doesn't have any license number, It's installation and activation is totally different.
As per our records, we see that you have purchased the license for AVG Internet Security, AVG PC tuneup and the subscription for AVG Ultimate. The AVG Ultimate is going to get auto renewed
AVG Ultimate is the combination of both Protection and Performance.
Protection will have AVG Internet Security and Performance will have AVG PC tuneup program.
This Ultimate is a multidevice program so it is better if you have only this subscription.
