How do I over come logon problem when told you don't have an account which is B/S I have registered the info from a previous Email. I am beginning that it's a bad move to install AVG on my computer.

I am having the same problem. I purchased AVG Ultimate on 11/02/17 and when I log in to my account I find:
Subscriptions
Here you can find all of your AVG subscriptions
You don't have any subscriptions.
I've downloaded the product, but it still is not activated. So I've paid for a product that I can't use. I'm really not very happy. AVG Free is easy to install and use. Now I pay money and it's not easy at all. WHAT IS GOING ON???
