Have paid for, received the receipt, but cannot install AVG Tuneup

We regret for any inconvenience caused. Could you please let us know if you are receiving any error message when trying to install? Is there a older version of PC Tuneup installed on your PC?
Please try to run Tuneup remover tool ( http://www.avg.com/filedir/util/TuneUp_Remover.exe ) once and then try to install AVG PC Tuneup as described in this article ( http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-download-and-install-AVG-PC-TuneUp ).
