Thanks for the link, I have followed that also but keep coming up with the same issue. press on the box and wait for install stuff but nothing comes up.

Hello,
I purchased your Anti virus yesterday and received all the details, have been trying to install it since then but will not comply. I have gone through all your help pages and I am not paying another $20 to get then to install it for me.
It downloads ok I think but when I go to press on to to install the box comes up asking me do I allow the following program to make changes. I select Yes and then nothing, no installation boxes or anything.
Its getting very frustrating. I do already have your Tuneup installed.
What can I do???
