Have to choose Windows 10 OS at boot after using AVG Antivirus Clear Unistall (AVG_Clear.exe)

I have to choose to boot to Windows 10 after using the AVG Clear utility to remove AVG from my computer.  I have run msconfig and deleted the AVG Clear boot option from the boot menu several times; however, it always reappears after restarting my computer.  This is very frustrating. How do i get this fixed and get my computer running normally again.
