Thank you.
Ever since this new AVG Firewall update I get errors from the Airfoil software that tries to connect to an external music server. I've added all the music software (AirFoil, Spotify) to the Application Settings so all of those programs are allowed.
Whenever I reboot the computer now (and this all worked fine with the last version of AVG a few weeks ago or whenever the update happened). The Airfoil software gives errors it can't connect to the external music player. So I have to turn off the AVG Firewall, then it connects. But when I turn the AVG firewall back on. The music player stays connected just fine until the next reboot.
What is going on and is there any way to just get it to pass through the firewall without having to turn off the firewall temporarily every single time I turn the computer on or reboot.
Ian,
I have sent an email to get in touch with our additional technical support team. Please use the email instructions and get connected with them. They will resolve the issue for you.
One question was regarding networked PCs not being found.
The 2nd questions was for music software not getting past the firewall.
