Have tried everything to get avg computer and web browsing to update but to no avail

@Helen Please provide us with screenshot so we can better understand what issue you are dealing with.
@John I can see that you purchased AVG Protection multidevice (2 years subscription) and after that AVG Internet Security (1 computer), what product are you installing? Why you purchased both products (AVG Protection is for unlimited number of computers)?

I renewed my on "AVG Premium Security" on: Invoice, Order Confirmation & License Date: 9/12/2014 8:56:59 A.M. Pacific Daylight TimeOrder number: 37-3549278. However, as of yet, have not been successful in downloading my renewel.

I attempted getting technical support via email last week, to no avail. I still keep getting email alerts that, as of today, that my AVG coverage will expire in 15 days. I need told be able to speak to someone via telephone for support in activating my renewal update.
