Have not been able to download Ultimate from my AVG account in any of my devices. I keep getting the Free version and warnings my Pro version has expired, keeps saying the Internet Security version failed to install and please try again. AVG tech took remote control of my laptop and even he was unsuccessful! Anyone has similar issues that were resolved? I'm ready to bin Ultimate and get something else.
