Hello Patrick,
Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Do you have our AVG antivirus program installed on your PC?
Are you using our trial or paid version of AVG PC tuneup?
Please open the AVG PC tuneup and click on "ALL FUNCTIONS" circle on the dashboard.
You will get another window opened up, in which look for Disable background programs, please click on it.
You will get "Program Deactivator" window opened up in which check for the AT&T related program name, if you find it please check whether it is disabled or enabled.
If it is disabled please enable it and check whether you able to access Viceland.
If you have AVG antivirus installed, please disable it temporarily by following the instructions mentioned in this link: http://avgread.me/1GnMD3N and check whether the issue persists.
By doing this we can confirm which AVG program is causing this issue.
Having an issue with logging into Viceland with AT&T after running Tune-up. I'm pretty sure I turned off something, but now I can't seem to restore it. Is it possible that my AVG web protection somehow is blocking the new log in because it redirects to another site?
I'm pretty sure Tune-up is the culprit because when I wanted to play a game after running I kept getting a warning that the game was going to modify files on the computer... duh sorta how a game works. Found that setting and was able undo that one message.
Starting to feel like I am undoing an armor upgrade I just purchase. Can someone point me in the intelligent direction to go?
Running full paid verisions of both.
