We regret the inconvenience caused. We would like to remove AVG 2015 from your system using AVG Remover tool.
Steps to be followed:
1) To download AVG remover tool, please click on this link: http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe
2) Run the downloaded file and follow the onscreen instructions.
3) Restart your PC when the restart option is displayed on the remover tool screen.
NOTE: Once you have logged into your PC after the restart, please go to C:\ drive and delete the "AVG REMOVER" folder manually.
Please confirm whether we need to install AVG free or a paid version.

I downloaded the newer version and now I want to get rid of AVG 2015. Every time I try to do so it tells me in cannot delete AVGIDAgent and to make sure I have permission to delete things from this PC. I am the administrator on this PC and as far as I know I'm the only account on it! How can I get this to uninstall without giving me this message?
Also the newer version tells me "Identity Protection is disabled." Every time I click "Fix now," it tries for a bit to fix it and then the "Fix now" button pops up again. How do I turn this on? I've restarted it countless times trying to get it to work.
