Having to restart network adapter every few minutes

I updated drivers and still have to restart network adapter every few minutes. Has anyone else had this problem and been able to fix it?

hi having issues with the same thing as soon as AVG tune up updated the drivers have. keeps cutting the broadband out and I have to reset the ethernet network adapter
