Having trouble accessing my routers admin page

Hello everyone, I have a 2 year subscription and have AVG Ultimate, with protection I cannot reach my site of my routers admin page of 192.168.1.1 unless I disable my firewall.

Is there a way to get it to work with the firewall on?

We regret to hear about the inconvenience caused, please follow the below instructions to change the Firewall settings and check the website : Open AVG Zen -> Open Internet Security -> Click on "Menu" in the top right corner -> Settings -> Components -> Firewall -> Customize -> Network profiles -> Change the network profile from "Public" to "Private" -> OK

Could you please confirm us whether you are still facing the issues even after trying the steps provided already?
Please do let us know the error you are getting when you are trying to access it without disabling AVG Firewall.
Also, please send the screenshot of your error messages so that we can assist further?

Ummmm, i did that, had 2 techs remote on my system, i've uninstalled it, reinstalled it, shut it all off, shut it all down. Tried both Private and Public.
