Need help with downloading my AVG edition! Been trying to get it to download but at the last minute it tells me that an unknown issue has prevented the download. It also gives me a reference # but I dont know if I should post that here. Thanks for any help that can be offered.

So I ran the AVG 64-bit remover. It had me restart my laptop and than when I looked up to see if it had removed anything. The remover had left this "avg remover log" Which had a ton of stuff in it. However, it all said that their was nothing dowloading and it also said failed alot. So, does that mean it was never put on my Computer? I can attempt to download again?
