I have license for AVG Internet Security unlimited until 06/01/2018. But I cannot download it. I asked for help using chat. One of the gentleman advised me that my computer has old version of AVG Internet protection program that doesn't allow to download the new program. We decided to remove the program using remote connection. I followed all the instructions and finally succesfully removed the old program and restart the computer. However I lost connection with the guy who was helping me. I don't know how to proceed at this point. Please help me!
