I have a problem with my computer. When I turn it on and Windows7 is loaded up the hard drive keeps running for a long time till it resumes its normal state (occasional blinking of the activity light)
During this initial phase it is impossibile to access any programs, run a game, etc. I've clocked four instances. This wild running of the HD were 9min. 9min. 9min. and 14min.
Even though I've installed and run PCTunup 2015 and it find and corrected thousands of errors this problem remains. Run full system scan, also.
Could you give me any advise, please?
