He terminado la prueba de dos meses y no quiero seguir probando... Me están intentando cobrar

Hola. Por más que intento anular el antivirus ya que después de los dos meses no me ha resultado satisfactorio y, al contrario de lo fácil que se inició a prueba, no soy capax de anularlo para que dejen de intentar cobrar, tengo la tarjeta bloqueada y no quiero continuar… Gracias.
