Finally, after paying the invoice, I received the order number: 2************ today 15.2. order confirmation. However, it is not clear to me whether I should uninstall my license for AVG Ultimate, which is still valid for about 178 days, on my computer and install it from a new order or just insert the activation code into the original one. The problem is that the old and new activation codes are the same. When I installed AVG again from the order and entered the same code, its validity appeared only for 2 years and not extended by the rest of the validity of the one still valid, about the 178 days. And that was promised to me during the correspondence with your worker Artur, as I can prove with a copy of the email. Therefore, I am asking for clarification of my next procedure and for your part to fulfill the promise that the new 2-year license will be served by you for the balance of the one still valid - the approx. 178 days.
