I have deleted the file that was in the AVG vault but now my DVD player in my laptop wont work…I put in any dvd and nothing hapens even when I click on the dvd icon or right click and open nothing happens.  Can you please help I brought the laptop with the dvd software etc installed.  I cant leave my house because of the irus so cant take it anywhere can you please tell me what happened?

I recently received a message that the Win32:Malware-32 is in the  in PowerDVD.exe file and since I cannot use my dvd player on the laptop.

It has now been deleted out of the AVG Free version quarantine Im not sure what to do to fix it? Can anyone please please help?  the dvd player will not work

Ionly deleted the above named file that was in the vault I tried putting it back and scanning the file again but each time I went to use the dvd player it would catch it in the vault again?

Is that the main file?

Teri, did you delete the file related to your PowerDVD program from AVG Quarantine?
If yes, we will not be able to retrieve that file.
You can simply reinstall the PowerDVD program software to get the DVD working.
We request you to perform a Google Search for PowerDVD software and you should be able to find its download link.
