Here is a screenshot of what happens in AVG AnitVirus. Every few scans, the software detects these two viruses, but every time it tries to move it to quarantine/secure, it fails. It's been like this for a while now, and I still have no idea how to get rid of them. It'd be great if some help could be offered! Thank you!!
