Hello, last year I had unchecked the box automatic renewal of the subscription. This morning I find myself with an undue levy of 54.99 on paypal. I have just notified Paypal and I ask you to refund this amount to Paypal. Please note that I only opened your email to read it but that I have not opened your software. I had problems with AVG that I reported to you, so I canceled the automatic renewal. Thank you for your understanding, hoping for a quick refund. Cordially.
