Help AVG robbed me, paid twice for program where's refund link

Why has AVG taken two payments for the same program from my account and made it next to impossible to contact them to pay back the extra money?
If this is not sorted soon that is the last time I recommend this program to friends colleagues and customers. In fact I will be suggesting one of the many alternatives.
