I already have an AVG MyAccount. I created it before contacting the support community to see if my Norman subscription could somehow be transferred.
No mail has been received from Norman.
Please advise about the best next step.

I can understand your concern. Please be informed that we support customers who upgrade from Norman to AVG. To upgrade to AVG, you will receive an update notification from the Norman program using which you can get the active subscription of AVG. If Norman is uninstalled from your computer, then please let us know the subscritpion that was left in Norman program, so we can escalate this case to the concerned team.
Is there any help available for Norman Security Suite users who are considering to move on with AVG?
I am managing a couple of PCs for family members and Norman got automatically deinstalled yesterday without any notice or information about the way forward.
The Norman licenses are paid for the rest of the year. Will they work with AVG? If so, what is the procedure?

Thank you for providing the information. You should receive a pop up to create an AVG MyAccount which will activate your new paid subscription of AVG (additional one month subscription with days remaining in your Norman subscription). Do you see that pop up when you launch AVG? Or did you receive any email to your registered email address (with Norman).
