Help me remove avg tuneup trial

Greetings,

We acknowledge your subscription cancelation request. 
We don't find an active AVG subscription with the email address that you've used to contact us.
We've sent an email requesting more details to find your AVG trial subscription.

I started the trial and have decided tuneup and AVG altogether is not for me. Can someone please cancel my free trial on tuneup (because apparently the website guide says you can cancel through subscriptions but subscriptions hides the "free trials.") So i can fully undownload this stuff and be done with it?
