Help to get support

Gosh how on earth do we get any help from this company   I bought AVG update driver Feb 5   Sent proof of payment… got email to say they have not received such… was given differnet support emails and  told to chosse…xyz option for account queries… followed the email link… no joy in finding any place to get help… all i need it  a working email so that I can send proof of payment for product bought…

not a noreply dead end run around.

thinking this would be the place someone can give me the correct links to get support
