Help to install

Hi I have just brought a product and I am unable to install, so I tried unistalling expired AVG incase it is detecting those but I was unable to uninstall them also. Please help as I have just purchased it.

Thank you for contacting us with your concern. We regret for the inconvenience caused to you. Please let us know if you are receiving any error message upon installing AVG on your PC. We would request you to run the AVG remover tool to remove all the remnants of the failed installation and re install AVG.
To run remover tool, please visit http://www.avg.com/tools#tba2 and click on "AVG Remover" to download the remover tool and run it on your PC. It will ask you to select which product you would like to uninstall. Please select "AVG Protection" and follow the setup instructions to uninstall AVG. Once the tool is run, your PC will automatically reboots. After the restart, please check if a folder with name AVG Remover is created under C:\ and remove it.
Then follow the steps in this article http://avgclick.me/InstallUltimate to download and install AVG Ultimate multi device. Thank you.
