We will help you to resolve the issue.

Please go to the control panel and check whether the CCleaner is installed in your computer.

Then Open the AVG TuneUp -> SpeedUp -> Background and startups -> "Programs Sleeping" check for the Ccleaner and awake it.

AVG PC TuneUp suggested that Ccleaner needed to be updated to the newest version, so I clicked update and thought to myself "how convenient". When I went to use Ccleaner, it had disappeared and I have not been able to install any version since the supposed update.
What could AVG PC TuneUp have done to block or otherwise destroy Ccleaner? 
Is there a way to restore Ccleaner to how it was before PC TuneUp did this, perhaps with rescue center.
