Hi!
I have not used AVG for many years but was billed from my bank account this week (~47$). I have checked all other email accounts and I can not find any that have been connected with AVG or received a conformation email to a purchase. I had to create this account just in order to get in contact with AVG, and I have no subscriptions active from what I can tell.
Please help me cancel any subscription linked to my bank account as I am provided with anti virus elsewhere. I can send additional information/screenshots via email if needed.

I understand you want to cancel the AVG Subscription and get a refund for the recent charge. But I am unable to locate any charged under the email address from which you have contacted us. I have sent you an email, please attach the proof of purchase, Order ID of the recent payment to locate the details and assist you with the refund.
