I have submitted a refund request, but have been reading of several cases of people who have had difficulty getting a refund, some having spent months attempting to get their refund. If this happens to me, I will be reporting AVG to the Federal Trade Commission. I am disgusted that I have wasted time and money on this product.

Is there a customer service number? Is there any way to speak with a live person? I have purchased the sotware, logged into the avg website from the computer I would like to monitor, downloaded the software, and restarted the computer. When I click the icon, it asks for my log in credentials. When I enter them, it says they are invalid even though I can log in to the avg website using them. I purchased the AVG family safety for 3 computers about an hour ago. Please advise. Please supply a customer support number.
