Not sure if this is the right thread but just got a new laptop & downloaded AVG for it, It Is not showing any subscriptions that I own (Which is fine I thought they might have expired anyway) but today i’ve recieved an email saying both my AVG Protection & Tune Up licenses are up in 60 days, Anyone else had this issue or know how to find out if I do actually have an active subscription? Or is it AVG being cheeky & trying to get us to “renew” a license when actually we don’t have one to start with? Tried using the Licence code I was last sent from last renewal but get the message “Sorry, Something went wrong” so now I have no idea at all what to do or If i have an active subscription. Any ideas?
