Hi, I would need a support from you, because I have a virus in all my .pdf files by supportdecrypt@

Hello Jiri,

I am sorry to hear that. Are you getting any error message when trying to open the Pdf files? Can you please share the screenshot [http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-create-a-screenshot] of that?

Also, please right click on the .pdf files > click on Properties and share the screenshot of the file path details to check and proceed further.

Jiri, For your info, just in case that you are unaware, you can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
