The AVG mobile team will reply back to you via email with a resolution.

I attempted to insert a new sim card for the phone. After installing the sim card and turning my phone on the Anti-Theft screen came up stating "This device is lost or stolen Please return my devicejazzlove2255@gmail.com" followed by a "Please enter unlock password" i tried the normally password that i used but it's doesn't work. My cellphone is note 3 hoping for your early reply.
