High CPU usage until I open task manager

Hey!

I have high CPU usage, even my cursor lags out. But when I open task manager I can see that the CPU usage droops from a big number (90-70%) to 18-20% and finally to 2-5% (which is the usual number). Im guessing this is some kind of virus. What should I do? I ran scans but found nothing.

Thanks for helping me out. I made a video, I hope that's ok. As you can see at the CPU usage you cannot really see the first big number it descends from, but it does. Seems to me like something wants to hide itself from me when I open task manager. I can feel the slowing because my mouse is lagging out.

With Internet Security installed on your computer, it would be protected against emerging threats & hackers, as it has an active firewall.
For better clarity, would you be so kind to share us the screenshot of the CPU usage (Task manager)?
