High permission apps

I have the Wyze App on an Android phone that will not load while AVG VPN is connected. It also says that the Wyze App is a high permission s App.

How do I get an app to bypass AVG VPN? When I try to go to the app it doesn't load, but when I turn the AVG VPN off it connects. Any Ideas?

Could you mention the name of apps that works when AVG Secure VPN is turned off?
Are you referring to the apps installed on Android mobile?
