We are happy to know that you have decided to purchase AVG program to fix this issue.
You should have accidentally installed searchbar or toolbar along with the installation of other program.
Please check for unnecssary search or toolbars installed on your browser and uninstall it.
Also uninstall unwanted programs installed on your PC, check whether the issue persists.

My wife's Windows 10 laptop seems to have a virus or malware that diverts her search and secure  logins to a Google page with a My Way heading on it. She has never loaded this. We are trying to purchase AVG to fix the problem but it stops any transactions.
