History and active products not showing on account

When I access my account on the AVG website it does not show the history of my products as well as my active products. However I am presently using AVG internet protection and I have recently purchased AVG Tune Up but  I have been unable to activate it.
It shows that I have not protection and nothing is active. 
Has anyone had the same issue as me?  If so please let me know?
