Ho kom ik van mijn meldingen af?

Iedere ochtend staat op mijn beeldscherm een melding dat we al 46 maanden vrienden zijn en dat ik mijn kadootje kan claimen. Dit betekent geld uitgeven voor meer opties, waar ik geen belangstelling voor heb. Hoe kom ik van deze (en alle andere) melding af?
