Ho pagato con Iban l'abbonamento annuale a Internet Security, ma continuate a dirmi di rinnovare l'abbopnamento.
 Ho inviato il pagamento a GlobalCollect BV mediante bonifico il 18 marzo 2021

Il bonifico risulta pagato regolarmente.
Come mai non l'avete ricevuto e non mi avete rinnovato l'abbonamento?
