In data 27 novembre 2015 ho prenotato una prova per AVG PC Tune Up subito dopo ho sottoscritto l'abbonamento per un anno ordine n. 69031553 riferimento ord. 701-0925400 vostra fattura n. 3102013944. Le due sottoscrizioni si sono accavallate e ora vale la prova o la sottoscrizione annuale ??

I certainly understand your issue from the translation posted by Alan.
Upon checking your record, I see that you have purchased our latest AVG Performance Multi-device program that expires on 27/11/2016. Since you had the trial version before that would have got installed along with this new program and that is the reason you are getting the expiry notices.
Please follow the below mentioned instructions:
1) First step is to use AVG Remover tool and uninstall your AVG program completely. To download AVG Remover Tool please click on the following link:
http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe
2) Run the downloaded tool and follow the instructions displayed on your screen.

  1. Your computer will be restarted automatically. After the restart, AVG Remover will finish the uninstallation.
    NOTE: Once the AVG Remover Tool has done with its process. Please go to the C drive and look for a folder named as "AVG Remover" and I request you to delete it manually.

I booked a 30-day trial and right after I subscribed. What happens now
On 27 November 2015 I booked a test for AVG PC Tune Up right after I subscribed for a year order n. Reference 69031553 ord. 701-0925400 your invoice No. 3102013944. The two subscriptions are crossed and now worth testing or annual subscription ??
