I just experienced an unbelievable event… My bank sent me an email and put my account on hold due to a automtic renewal payment from my computer software company AVG… It seems they have a UK processing center and US banks commonly label these international transactions as being suspicious.
AVG has milliuons of US customers… Why don't they accommodate the US banks by processing payments locally (in the US). Unreal that a software security company would knowingly put its customers through this aggravation.
seems like a simple fix… i will try another software security company… anyone have suggestions on the next best?
