Home address change not recognised on licence renewals

I changed my home address oo line to AVG via my Profile over a year ago.  However having just done an online licenmce renewal it is still showing my old home address.  I have checked my AVG profile and the new addres is listed ok.  Does anyone have any idea why AVG is not linking up my new address.  My Email ID is still the same so its not a big deal just a minor admin irritant, regards Terry
