Home network no more reachable with AVG VPN ON

Hello Joseph,

This is the expected behavior when we use a VPN application.
The reason is because, VPN application will hide the original IP address and create a random one.
You will not be able to communicate with the other devices connected to the same network as the IP address will be different.
If this is the case, then we have to turn off AVG Secure VPN and communicate with the other devices on the same network.
In case, if your internet connection gets disabled as soon as you turn on AVG Secure VPN, then we have to perform troubleshooting to fix it.
If that is your concern, do let us know.

Dear,

I have  a problem with the AVG VPN application. 

With AVG VPN ON, i cannot reach my home network anymore,

if i set AVG OFF, then i can reach my home network again.

Can you tell me what is going wrong?
