Just a quick suggestion / tip. The large "here's how it works" pop-up over the On/Off button is very annoying. We all know how a VPN works or we would not be paying for one via a subscription!

Just to advise - and perhaps it helps - I do not see that issue on my Windows 10.

Agreed sounds like a Windows 11 / AVG relationship somewhere :slight_smile:

VPN pop-up that covers ON/OFF button
Annoying pop-up that blocks On/Off button!

I have already done that a few times. It's simply an oversight by the software developers. Please let them know. If it helps, the pop-up ONLY happens on desktop program and NOT on the mobile App.

Could you let us know whether the "Here's how it works" window is being displayed constantly or only when you move the cursor over AVG Secure VPN User Interface?
