Hopeless Service

After four failed attempts by your AVG Technicians to restore sound to my laptop, lost  after buying and installing your Driver Updater, I was told to watch my incoming emails as I was being passed to the senior team. After 7 days I have still not received any communication from AVG.

I wish a full refund with compensation for my Driver Updater purchase ( I will have to purchase a new Laptop, due to your poor product and your useless technicians rendering the unit  "NOT FIT FOR USE" )
