Your AVG Technician ( Muthu ) wandered round my computer remotely for more than 90 minutes, was totally ineffectual ( about as much use as an ashtray on a motorbike ) achieved nothing and disappeared as quickly as they came. My laptop has still got no sound and is slower than it ever was. I suggest you organise the removal of the Driver Updater programme that I bought and refund my costs so that I can deal with another reputable company.
