I tried to cancel my automatic renewal and get the refund guaranteed within 30 days. I was forced to "Chat", there's no other option as you go through the process. The first person (Kennedy) quit responding when I insisted on a refund. The second one (Antonio) disconnected when I said I wanted a refund. The third person disconnected before I said anything and the fourth (Mayralhyne) also disconnected when I politely insisted on a refund.
I was actually considering the discounted subscription for another year, but I realized that I won't be able to cancel next year either so I just want out now. Does anyone know how to cancel without going through the useless chat feature?
